ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Some pieces are made-to-order, please allow some time for crafting and production. The production time is mentioned on each product's page.

Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery or production, we will inform you via e-mail within 48 hours.

All prices are stated in EUR. Price includes VAT. Customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.

I’m shipping only via Standard Registered Post / Priority shipping and you will be provided with all necessary information to track your parcel.

WARRANTY

My pieces have a life-time warranty to their form and shape. Natural oxidation, gold plating, oxidation prevention wax and intentional oxidation finishings are not covered by warranty. If the piece has been damaged by the buyers fault it won't be covered by the warranty.

If you have any issues with your ordered piece, please let me know within 7 days and I'll get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays). If the piece has been damaged by the buyers fault you can always reach out to me at estudiobichos.pt@gmail.com and I’ll try to find a solution for you.

RETURN POLICY

If you received a faulty item you can contact me for return and for a full refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Only faulty products will be refunded. Refunds for returned faulty products will be made as soon as possible, usually within 10 business days, after the returned item arrives.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase anything at Bichos, I ask only for the information necessary to be able to process your order.  These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and any account (PayPal) or credit card information necessary for completing your payment. I will only pass information to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination. No sensitive information will be passed on.
